The Rio Rico High School Agriculture Students are working diligently to maintain and enhance the Rio Rico farm. Students are keeping the farm clean and functional, including tasks like trimming the peach tree, repairing and reinforcing the fences, and updating the indoor learning space. We are proud to announce that LTC (Ret) Roque has joined the Rio Rico High School Army JROTC program as an instructor. With an extensive background in the U.S. Army, LTC Roque brings his experience gained from serving in various ranks and participating in operations around the world. His leadership and operational expertise are invaluable assets to our JROTC program, helping to strengthen the skills and discipline of our cadets.
LTC Roque will be working alongside 1st Sergeant Moore to guide RRHS students in their journey to becoming future leaders within our community.

Rio Rico High School students enrolled in AJS 101 recently visited the Santa Cruz County Superior Court to observe law and motion cases. As part of the Dual Enrollment program, these students are given the chance to engage with real-world legal processes, deepening their understanding of the law. The visit offered an in-depth look at courtroom procedures and the judicial system. A special thank you to Judge Ortega and Juan Pablo Guzmán for making this educational experience possible.
